 It is a pleasure to invite you to the 5th International Nursing Forum: Competence Nurse_Partnering with Physicians for Excellence on behalf of the organizations organizing the event. The forum will be held on May 7th from 09:30 a.m. (KGT) at the Conference Hall of I.K. Akunbaev Kyrgyz State Medical Academy, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.

 As a result of ongoing reforms in the field of nursing and nursing education in our country, nurses are assuming new roles, responsibilities, and positions at all levels of healthcare organizations. Florence Nightingale once said, "The most important thing in hospitals is not to harm the patients." In hospitals, nurses collaborate with various healthcare professionals to promote patient recovery. Interprofessional collaboration among healthcare teams enables accurate diagnosis and treatment, ensuring safety and comfort for patients, and fosters medical innovation and research.

This forum will provide participants with an opportunity to discuss strategic directions in nursing profession and opportunities for enhancing the authority and competence of nurses in healthcare..
