On November 11, 2020, we held an online workshop titled “Improvement of nursing practicum education in KSMA: Nursing practice in the Republic of Korea.”

During the workshop, we were able to listen about the nursing practical courses, simulation, and about the process of preceptorship, and clinical instructor. Also, a student of the Department of Nursing presented his view about preceptors and practice instructors, how effectively and how it helps during the practice.
