We are excited to inform you about the call for abstracts for our upcoming 'The 6th International Nursing Forum 2025’. The forum is scheduled to take place on May 12, 2025, at the Conference Hall of the Main Building in Kyrgyz State Medical Academy named after I. K. Akhunbaev. The forum will focus on the theme of "Nursing Science: research, development, and innovation " and it will provide a platform for nurses to share their experiences, challenges, and successes in this field.

Accepted abstract authors will have to present poster on the International Forum.

·         Healthcare and Nursing Education

·         Healthcare and Nursing Policy

·         Other Healthcare-Related Topics

Key Dates:

·          Abstract Submission Deadline: April 11 2025

·          Notification of Acceptance: April 18 2025

Submission Guidelines:

1.      Abstracts should be written in English or Russian.

2.      Abstracts written in English must not exceed 500 words, while abstracts written in Russian must not exceed 700 words.

3.      After registration, please submit your abstract and poster (Call for Abstract). (You must complete both Google Forms.)

·          Deadline: April 11, 2025 (Both Google Forms must be submitted!)

4. Abstract Submission Guidelines

·          The abstract should be submitted according to the Google Form format. (No additional submissions required.)

·          Only those whose abstracts are approved will be able to submit posters later. The approval status of your abstract will be notified via email, and approved participants will receive further instructions on poster submission.

5. Poster Submission Guidelines

·          Posters should be submitted by those whose abstracts have been approved, according to the schedule provided later.

·          The poster should be created by the participant and uploaded via the Google Form.

·          The organizers will take care of printing and posting the posters submitted in PDF or PPT format.

·          The submitted poster should comply with a width-to-length ratio of 1:2

    

 

Abstract Review and Selection Process:

 

All submitted abstracts will undergo a rigorous review process conducted by the Organizing Committee of the Forum. Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by April 18 2025.
